Today some of us visited the Art Gallery. This was Alex’s mums idea. She said that we could do our own wee paintings and sell them to help raise money for our new minibus. So we started off by looking at some art in the gallery. We all liked different things. Connor liked looking at the armoured knights and Tia-Louise liked the oil painting of the pregnant lady, but all of us LOVED trying on all the shoes!!!!
This is a picture of the minibus we want to buy.
It is a 17 seater Renault Master with an opening side door and back doors.
It has steps on both passenger doors and a safety window on the roof which makes it
nice and bright inside.
The seats are a very snazzy colour of orange and blue and one of the front seats can
collapse if not in use.
It has 3 point seat belts which will hold the majority of car seats.
It also has a fire extinguisher and a first aid box inside.
We really like it and have bought some dinosaur and butterfly stickers in anticipation!!!!!!!

The children had lots of fun exploring snails and creating a homely habitat for them. They fed them some strawberries for lunch.

We had lots of fun having all our pretend weddings in nursery last week.
We particularly enjoyed making the 3 tier wedding cake!
It was a real feat of engineering.
Here are Lily and Jessica disquised as a tiger and a lion. The girls were keen to put on the new costumes and had loads of fun parading around and looking at themselves in the mirror!!
Grace brought in a sponge cake to share with friends as we helped to celbrate her 4th birthday.Everyone enjoys wearing the musical birthday hat!!

Our Visit from the Police
Today we had a visit from a police officer, his name was David and he brought lots of intersting things for us to look at.
We especially liked climbing into the police van and trying on his hat!!
