Spring has finally arrived in Scotland and we are brightening up our reception windows with some colourful artwork

We are learning about Ramadan and making date pouches with a Ramadan message to take home to our families, we are also practicing using scissors, some of us chose the fun shape scissors for extra challenge!

Today we had lots of fun making pancakes in both the playdough variety and some real ones too. Chloe found us a special recipe which didn’t need any eggs so everyone could have the same pancakes. This morning we requested strawberries, strawberry jam and butter for our toppings

We are having lots of fun creating pictures and learning about shapes

We are learning to move our bodies in different ways, today we are trying some relaxing yoga and moving our bodies like wiggly worms and caterpillars
