A visit from the police

One of our families kindly volunteered their time this morning to help us learn about some of the work that the police do. We then had a big talk about being safe to add to our shannari wall

“My daddy is a police officer and he catches bad guys”

“mummy keeps me safe in the house”

“My mum and dad hold my hand to keep me safe”

“The ladies keep me safe”

Trip for Little Ones

We took 5 of our youngest to a new park (to them ) We brought a picnic and had fun exploring new equipment. We asked the children what we could call the park and someone suggested “The Bird Park”

This was obviously influenced by the amount of seagulls we saw!
