This is our ethos. It has been our ethos for over 20 years. Long long before any official guidance was offered. We could have written the guidance. We pride ourselves on providing a relaxed environment for meals and snacks. We play soft music. Children self serve. They use real cutlery. There are flowers on the tables. Nothing is rushed.
