Clarence House Nursery

This morning we spent a long time using the beads in lots of creative ways, lots of transporting, filling, scooping, placing, designing and all round good conversation from all the children. We managed to cover the whole curriculum with one activity 🙂

Bill – “I found 2 blue and I put them on the blue spot and 4 purple and I put them on the purple spot

Hamish – I will lie down and you can put the beads all around me

Gene – If we put all the beads together we can make a line the size of the room

Libero – I can make a dinosaur

This week has been pretty special as we have had 3 birthdays!!!

Happy 3rd birthday to Nia and Lewis and Happy 4th birthday to Bill

When Aileen was out with the under 3’s the other day a passer by stopped to chat and made this comment:
“It’s so nice to see the children. They are always singing and look so happy”

It was a bit chilly in the mud kitchen today but nobody minded as we had lots of bubbly hot water to keep us going

“this is so fun” – Lewis

Oona’s granny wasn’t feeling well so she decided to make a card for her, her friends followed her good idea and made cards for their special people too.

Such a wee cutie

Something terrible came into room and trashed it!
