Our rainbow group spotted some snails down at the river today, we are learning about using gentle hands with these tiny animals and putting them back in their homes when we have finished looking at them

The climbing apparatus was a “pirate ship” today. The treasure was broken twigs that kept on getting stolen by other pirates. Next time we plan to take some treasure with us to hide.

Adult: “can you tell me about your painting”?

Child: “this painting is called love because it’s all about love”

Using the wheelbarrow gives us the opportunity to explore the transporting schema. We can fill up the wheelbarrow and zoom around the wide space in the meadow

A chilly morning in the children’s wood hanging on the spiderweb, we are very interested in superheroes at the moment and one of our new favourite stories to read is “ten little superheroes”

It’s very important to us that our children have ownership of their environment and know that their contributions are welcomed and celebrated
